Can I return an item?

Yes, most items are eligible for return.

  • Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and returned in original packaging.
  • We currently accept returns for U.S. orders only.
  • Refunds are issued for eligible returned items once approved.
How long do I have to request a return?

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.

Once approved, you’ll have 7 additional days to ship the item back.

Do you accept international returns (outside the U.S.)?

At this time, we do not accept international returns for orders shipped outside the U.S.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Original packaging
  • The SKU barcode

Once verified, a refund will be issued.
Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.

Are there any return fees?
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply if items are returned without tags or not in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
What items cannot be returned?

We do not accept returns for Final Sale items.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 2–3 business days for your refund to be processed.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
